This may be before some of your times, but popular snack food Hydrox cookies will be making its reemergence this year. The popular cookie which debuted in 1908, was the popular chocolate sandwich of it time, whom Oreo for a lack of better words, “knocked off”, with their popular chocolate cream sandwich. CEO Elia Kassoff says “the differences between Hydrox and Oreo are that Hydrox is a little crispier, a little less sugary and stands up better in milk.”
The company Leaf Brands now has the rights to the Hydrox trademark now. Are you excited that Hydrox cookies will be making their way back to the shelves as soon as September 2014?
