During his Beverly Wilshire Hotel arrest, Ray J was accused of multiple counts that include vandalism and sexual battery. The sexual battery stemmed from Ray touching a young women’s rear end. Although officers on the scene denied that the reality star was in the wrong for the sexual battery, he was still hauled off and charged.
Ray J now has plead not guilty of the sexual battery, vandalism, battery on a police officer and resisting arrest. Hit the jump for more.
Aug. 28, Ray is scheduled for a preliminary. More to come. These misdemeanor charges most likely are going to be dismissed.
