The Biebs has had a hell of a year; eggs, fender benders an more, but it all began with an arrest. The arrest was caught on camera and ended up with a mugshot that would go down in history. Yeah, Justin was forced to rock that prison orange like nobody’s business and many bombed him for it. Here it is at the end of 2014 and the famed smile-filled mugshot is on the mind of Miley Cyrus.
