R. Kelly Sued for No Show Strong Arm

Welp, the strong arm is looking real out here! R. Kelly Sued For Being a 100K No Show and Keeping 30K but should the R&B legend just perform or pay up at this point???

Concert promoter Darryl Austin is definitely salty as R. Kelly Sued For Being a 100K No Show and Keeping 30K, Vlad TV reports he’s filed the lawsuit trying to see what the f*ck is up with the rest of a $100,000 deposit to headline a Texas show. Now…some people say “deposits are usually not refundable”–but isn’t this just a strong arm?

R. Kelly Sued For Being a 100K No Show and Keeping 30K and Austin said he gave Kelly’s team the money in January, but when February came around and they “knew nothing of the show in question” (yikes, SMH!) sh*t hit the fan. Now he says the money was returned by Kelly–but $30,000 short (SMH).

At this point R. Kelly Sued For Being a 100K No Show and Keeping 30K is still a rolling issue but there’s definitely options here. Should “the show go on” after all or is business soured from this? Would you still take an R. Kelly performance or would you just want your money back??? Details still developing.
