Waka Flocka Flame’s camp has shut down rumors about his “Down Under Tour” being cancelled. Early reports claimed that the government did not allow Waka into the country due to his past drugs and gun offenses. The Brick Squad boss had planned to visit four cities in Australia and two more in New Zealand. The promoter, Robin Fernando, even stated that Waka’s “entry into Australia was denied by the Australian Government Department of Immigration and Border Protection, due to his recent arrest(s) on both firearms and drug charges” in a now-edited Facebook post.

However, XXL has confirmed that Waka’s tour has not been cancelled, but it has been postponed. ”Waka Flocka Flame nor anyone involved with this tour has been denied entry into Australia,” said Waka’s agent Matt Adler of Paradigm Agency. “Anything to the contrary is simply not true. These shows have been postponed while the respective visa applications are pending approval.”

Fernando is working closely with Illusive Entertainment (part of The Mushroom Group) to reschedule the tour for a later time. Once the dates are ready to be announced, fans who already purchased tickets will be guaranteed presale passes.
