With Magic Mike XXL set to make women titillate in their seats in theaters across the country, the soundtrack is also making waves with some of the freakiest songs of the ’90s. Classic tracks from Ginuwine, Jodeci, R. Kelly, and Bad Boy’s popular quartet 112 appear throughout the film. Although the film expected to rack up millions after it hits theaters tomorrow, it doesn’t appear like one of the singers from 112 will be able to benefit from any royalties from the franchise. Find out which member won’t be cashing in after the jump!

Although the rest of the group will be properly compensated, Slim of 112 won’t be seeing a dime of his Magic Mike XXL royalties. The highly-publicized sequel features “Anywhere” 112’s second single off their 1998 album Room 112 as well as several other memorable ’90s R&B tracks like Ginuwine’s “Pony” and Jodeci’s “Freek’n You.”

According to TMZ, Slim recently filed for bankruptcy. The judge was apparently aware of Slim’s involvement with the film and decided to take advantage. The bankruptcy trustee filed legal documents which requires all earnings from the song AND the movie “must be used to pay off his long list of creditors.” What a buzzkill.

Back in February, Slim filed for Chapter 11 after he failed to pay the mortgage on his home in Stockbridge, Ga. According to mortgage company lawyer Carolee Berasi, Slim still owes $261,025 and has barely paid his mortgage since November.
