Without giving away too many details, Kanye West admitted that the creative process for the album has been a slow one. He revealed, “I don’t wanna overly describe it or overly try to hype it up. I’ve been working slow.” West also admitted that some records that were meant for his own album, such as “FourFiveSeconds” and “Tell Your Friends” went to other artists like Rihanna and The Weeknd.

He went on to assure fans that they have something great to look forward to, despite the long wait. He said, “[Swish]’s sounding good. It’s like a sonic painting, and it gets better and better every week.”
