His partying ways unfortunately was one of the main reasons the two split after being together for almost ten years and three children later.

However, Scott entered rehab recently to seek help for his addiction. The paparazzi caught Lord Disick as he was released from the facility, and he seems to be doing way better than before!

Kourtney threatened Scott that if he didn’t go to rehab and get his life together, she was going to take him to court and get full custody of the children.
