A judge has just ruled that Porsche is not responsible for the crash that killed Paul Walker. Kristine Rodas, who’s husband also died in the crash tried to say that he died because the Porsche Carrera GT he was driving lacked many safety features.
U.S. District Judge Philip S. Gutierrez says that Rodas did not have enough evidence to prove her claim. The judge also ruled that there was not enough evidence in Rodas’s case to prove that Porsche’s suspension failed as she stated in the claim.
Kristine Rodas’ husband Roger Rodas was driving the Porsche when it crashed. Her Attorney says they are appealing the ruling.
