It has been reported that Prince died without leaving a will behind. Sources say it is possible that he drafted one but theres nothing set in stone. If he indeed never had one, the Minnesota law states that his siblings would share his estate.
Prince had 8 brothers and sisters. Only one, Tyka was his full sibling. People were assuming that since she was the full sibling she would take it all which is false. In Minnesota, all sibling, whether half or full get the same access. Two of Prince’s siblings are reportedly deceased. This means that if they had children, they would have access to the same inheritance as their parents would have. Price’s estate is reportedly worth $150 million.
