In a recent interview with Hypebeast, Snoop Dogg was presented with this information he had no idea was even happening. Vetements, a clothing line started amongst a group of friends healmed by head designer Denma Gvasalia, was selling t-shirts that featured an image of Snoop Dogg’s face for $924.00.

The shirt is a replica of an old tee that was on sale via Death Row Merchandise in 1993.

Snoop Dogg’s reaction to this new information was…priceless.

“Are you serious?! Where do you buy that shirt?” he said. “How do you sell a picture of Snoop Dogg on a T-shirt for $924?”

“I wouldn’t even pay 900-something dollars for a Snoop Dogg shirt and I know the muthaf***a,” he said. “Hell nah, hell nah!”

“Nah, but that’s a good thing man, continued success to whoever sellin’ it man, hopefully one day soon y’all give me something,” he said. “Break bread or fake dead, y’all know what it is!”

Snoop definitely appeared to be in shock that people would actually want to buy a shirt that is pretty pricey and only contained an image of him, nevertheless he respected the hustle of the clothing and the creative content. And he made sure to jokingly insert that he would be collecting his cut for being ‘technically’ in some sort of way in contribution to the creative process.
