Usually when you hear rappers making it rain, you think of them in the strip club throwing money on attractive dancers. This rapper made it rain on a different crowd of people.
Rapper Ralo decided to take to Instagram to show people how to make it rain on the less fortunate as he sits on top of his car and proceeds to throw money to a crowd of poor and homeless individuals. Is this the proper way to hand out money to the less fortunate? Or should they just be happy somebody is giving them money?
