Today Spotify revealed it’s 3rd annual 25 Under 25 list featuring the most influential artists under the age of 25. To determine who makes the list, the mega streaming service looked at several factors including the number of people listening to an artist each month on Spotify, artists with songs featured in Spotify’s top playlists, and top-performing artists by genre. Here’s the list below:
Chance The Rapper comes in at #3 on the list with more than 6 million monthly listeners and his standout track “No Problem” has racked up more than 60 million streams, making a huge impact on Spotify’s global chart and “Rap Caviar” playlist.
Tory Lanez took the #13 spot after his debut album I Told You, garnered 10 million streams in it’s first week of release with 12 million listeners per month. Desiigner came in at #17 after “Panda” got him 500,000,000 streams and 13 million monthly listeners. Rae Sremmurd also came in at #23 with 7 million monthly listeners. Check the full list below:
