So sad, 12-year-old Katelyn Nicole Davis from Cedartown, Georgia, went on Facebook live to say that one of her relatives was sexually abusing her. While speaking on the abuse, she then went and hung herself live on camera. In the video, a woman can be heard calling out the young girls name.

The video went viral and got deleted from the girl’s Facebook page. Polk County Police Chief Kenny Dodd says his department was “contacted by a police officer from California who saw it the night of the event.” The department took initiative to get the video removed from the web. The video was even put on Youtube and had over 40,000 views before it was removed.

Katelyn had a blog, in which her name was “Dolly.” She spoke on being hit with a studded belt and said that a male family member tried to rape her. When Katelyn asked the family member to “stop being so perverted in front of my younger siblings” he told her to hang herself. The situation is still being investigated.

Rest in Peace to this young girl.
