The Game Asks Judge To Overturn Ruling In $10 Million Sexual Assault Lawsuit

Prior to the launch of The Game’s VH1 reality TV show, ‘She’s Got Game’ contest Priscilla Rainey filed a $10 million lawsuit against the Compton rapper. In the suit, Rainey claimed, Game got intoxicated and “out of control” during a video shoot last year and he “forcefully reach[ed] his hand inside her dress to rub her bare vagina and buttocks.” The Game allegedly never responded to the lawsuit, and the judge ruled against him by default. The case was back in court Wednesday (February 24th) and the judge was supposed to determine weather he will have to pay the full $10 million in damages. However, Game filed for the judge to overturn the ruling as he was never properly served the papers for the case. According to Rainey’s camp, they tried to serve him with the paper work over 40 times. They state, they tried to serve the rapper at his home, however he was on tour and was not there, so they tried reaching him through his former agent and attorney, who did not relay the message. The Game told the court that she should have tried reaching him at the studio or the gym. Stay tuned, we’ll keep you updated as this unfolds.

Kanye West recently announced he’s got $53 million of personal debt. In a recent Twitter rant, Ye’ called out Facebook’s Mark Zuckerberg asking him invest $1 billion into his ideas for art, music, fashion, ect. So far Zuckerberg has yet to respond, however fellow rapper The Game has stepped up to the plate with an offer. Late Tuesday night, The Game tweeted he would invest $10 million into “Kanye West ideas” but of course there was a catch. “Tell him I’m not Mark Zuckerberg but I got $10,000,000 to invest in his ideas if he comes to Dubai & skydives wit us tomorrow,” he tweeted, adding “I’ll pay for the flight, It’s 12 noon in #Dubai you got an hour to accept. Talk That Talk: Kanye West Had A $10 Million Confidentially Agreement In Place For MSG Crew Members

Kanye West clearly plays no games when it comes to his family. According to recent reports, Kanye had had the Madison Square Garden crew, who helped put on the release of his latest project, The Life of Pablo, sign a confidentially agreement worth $10 million. Kanye’s entire family attended the event, including his wife Kim, her sisters Kourtney, Khloe, Kylie and Kendall, mother-in-law Kris, Caitlyn Jenner and even the estranged Lamar Odom. This probably made for some interesting stories, however we’ll probably never hear them. According to TMZ, crew members signed documents preventing them from speaking about anything they may have seen or heard regarding the “all members of the Kardashian, Jenner and West families.” The contract extends for “the life of artist plus ten years, or fifty years, whichever is longer,” and if broken would result in the major damage claim of $10 million. Sounds serious, but it’s definitely not craziest thing we’ve ever heard from Kanye West.
