Authorities decided not to charge Jameis Winston and the school did not issue any punishment in the rape allegation against him while at FSU. Like what often happens, Florida State has reached a settlement with the woman who claimed she was raped by Jameis Winston in 2012, shelling out nearly $1 million to make her lawsuit go away.

Florida State beat Miami 29-24 in Tallahassee on Saturday. Of course there were tons of drunk college students and the two schools are major rivals so you can probably guess what happens next. Yes a major brawl broke out. Since they were in FSU territory, two lone Miami fans were vastly outnumbered by some FSU bros but that didn’t mean a thing! The guys looked like trained fighters as they knocked out the FSU bros one by one. At the end of the second video the two Miami fans basked in their victory and taunted the FSU fans like “wasssup?” After the ass kicking they already put down, no one else challenged them.

Just yesterday reports stated that FSU quarterback Jameis Winston was leaning towards staying with the Seminoles and foregoing the NFL draft this year. His father then released a statement saying that the decision would be made after the championship game between Ohio St. and Oregon. Well now his father says that Winston is indeed leaving FSU and declaring for the NFL draft this year.
