A federal appeals court judge dismissed Scottie Pippen’s suit against a number of media outlets on the grounds that he failed to make the case that they “falsely or recklessly” published information about his personal finances that wasn’t true. Nick O’Leary, the grandson of Jack Nicklaus and a tight end on the Florida State Seminoles football squad, survived a horrific motorcyle accident in May.
