Kanye West Is Already Dealing With Protestors Over “Yeezus” Lyrics

His new album Yeezus only just dropped yesterday, but Kanye West is already dealing with drama from protestors over his lyrics. The organization’s VP Kathryn Whitford released a statement, saying, “We find these lyrics distasteful and the product of obvious ignorance.” No reply yet from Ye, but I’m assuming there probably won’t be one.

(Video) Ace Hood On Rick Ross Lyric: “He Ain’t Mean It In No Way That Would Be Degrading To Women…”

When you’re friends with somebody, you always want to defend them and stick up for them…but sometimes, you’ve got to call a spade a spade. In this situation, Rick Ross was just WRONG and instead of helping condone his words, his friends should take a stance. “Put molly all in her champagne, she ain’t even know it,” Rick Ross raps on Rocko’s “U.O.E.N.O.” “I took her home and enjoyed that, she ain’t even know it.” Ross says that people have “misconstrued” the lyric and he never would condone rape….yet he still hasn’t offered up the “actual” meaning of his words. When talking to Jenny Boom Boom in CT over the weekend, Ace Hood defended his boy, but he too had no real explanation. Watch below.
