We reported earlier today how the Occupy Wall Street protests have now gone global— with protesters in London and Rome growing just as furious as they are here. However, tonight in New York, the movement that originally set up camp in a Lower Manhattan park in mid-September, marched their way over to Times Square. (Video) CAUGHT ON TAPE: Cops Punch HIV-Positive Protester, Run Over Man On Motorcyle!!

Earlier today, cops and Occupy Wall Street protesters clashed at Zucotti Park, when protesters learned that they would not be evicted from the park– just yet. However, an HIV positive man is speaking out and saying that an NYPD officer should be tested because when the officer punched him in the face and made him bleed. Smooth NYPD, real smooth. (Video) Wisconsin Capitol Locked Down

@klassic_p Throngs of protesters gathered in Madison, Wisconsin, Thursday, pounding on the windows of the state legislature one day after the Senate passed an amended form of a controversial bill that curtails the bargaining rights of most state workers. Their actions prompted Capitol police to close the building and forcibly remove demonstrators inside who refused to leave. Police later re-opened one entrance of the building. America’s Teachers are not falling for the Banana In The Tail Pipe!!

@klassic_p Thousands of teachers, nurses, firefighters and other public sector workers have camped out at the Wisconsin Capitol, protesting Republican Gov. Scott Walker’s efforts to reduce their take-home pay — by increasing their contribution to their pension plans and health care benefits — and restrict their collective bargaining rights.


Protesters in Kuwait take on Security Forces

@klassic_p More than 1,000 protesters clashed with security forces in Kuwait on Friday, demanding greater rights for longtime residents who are not citizens of the country. The crowd — initially 300 people before quickly growing — was attacked with water cannons.
