Boy Gets Hand Ripped Off By A Rope That Caught Onto A Passing Car
A young boy had one end of a rope tied around his wrist and had the other end dangling outside of his grandma’s car window while in her backseat. The end dangling outside of the car caught on to a car passing by and the 5 year-old’s hand got cut off. Hit the jump for details. Steph Bassanini
