NFL: Cowboys Sign Jon Kitna At QB, Romo Still Might Play

Must be a crazy week for Jon Kitna. Just a few days ago he was enjoying his high school teaching and coaching job in Tacoma, Washington. But when the NFL calls, you go! Kitna has officially been signed by the Cowboys after reports of Tony Romo being out for the rest of the season. Kitna has not played since week 10 of the 2011 season when he was with the Cowboys. He is already familiar with the system and the Cowboys are just not sure if Kyle Orton will perform well if he starts this Sunday in a must win game against the Eagles. Hit the jump.

NFL: Why Is Tony Romo Being Compared To Lebron James??

It is no secret that the Cowboys front office has full confidence in Tony Romo. Why else would they continue to support a quarterback who has only been able to help the team win one playoff game his entire career there. I do admire their loyalty to Romo though. Most teams would of moved on a few years ago after the constant failures. One of the owners even went as far to compare Romo to Lebron James. Hit the jump to see why.
