Patriots quarterback Tom Brady and his wife Supermodel Gisele Bundchen welcomed the newest addition to their family this past Wednesday. Baby Vivian Lake was born on Decemeber 5th. IFWT would like to congratulate Brady and his wife. Check the gallery above for a pic of baby Vivian. The pic is not much but its still cute.
