Remember Supafly Jimmy Snuka? Some of you youngins’ might not know him, but he was a star of the WWE back in the 1980’s and early 90’s. Well it sounds like he has some serious problems now. He is 70 years old and is the prime suspect in a 30 year old murder. Hit the jump.

About 30 years ago, a 23 year old woman named Nancy Argentino was found dead in a hotel room in Pennsylvania. That room was rented by Supafly. He was the one who called an ambulance to the room. When Paramedics arrived Argentino was still breathing, but died in the ambulance. Doctors said it appeared she died from hitting her head extremely hard on a solid object, which sounded good to investigators because at first Snuka told police she fell and hit her head. But the story is so suspect. Her body had over 2 dozen bruises and cuts that looked like she was beaten. He was a suspect back then but there was not enough evidence. In 1985, Argentino’s family won a civil suit against Snuka for $500,000. He refuses to talk about that night to this day, but prosecutors are about to go hard on him in light of some new investigative work. Doesn’t sound like he will be able to defeat this with a splash off the top rope.

second at this juncture in time isn’t there a statute of limitations?
third at his age and health is it even worth taking the tax payers time and money to go through with this?
I am all for finding the guy but after 30 years and a cicil suit time to stop chasing shit and stop the crime happening now.
