Iggy Azalea may not have won many Grammys, but she sure did rack up several awards at last night’s Billboard Awards. The “Fancy” rapper took home three awards including the Top Rap Artist award. While the recognition of her overall success over the past year was a kind gesture, Azalea received more hate than usual. This time, Jersey’s own Ice-T wasn’t happy that Iggy was the “top rap artist.” Find out what he had to say after the jump!

Ice-T took to Twitter to vent his feelings about Iggy Azalea being named the “Top Rap Artist” at the Billboard Awards. Azalea took home three awards last night including Top Rap Artist, Top Rap Song, and Top Streaming Artist. The Aussie native managed to beat out Nicki Minaj, Rae Sremmurd, J. Cole, and Drake for Top Rap Artist.

Ice-T tweeted back and forth with his followers and joked “You’re Right. She’s the Queen of Rap.” Eventually, the “Law & Order: SVU” star didn’t want to push the issue further. “Sometimes in life you just gotta laugh at stuff… and keep it mooovin,” he continued. His rant ended after he tweeted that he doesn’t hate her. However, the win does reflect the current state of hip-hop culture.
