It looks like Kim Kardashian is doing more than just taking pictures for her selfie book! The 34-year-old reality TV star is set to speak in front of the Commonwealth Club next week to speak out on a bunch of different things including her family’s fame, her [selfie] book and much more. She’s also going to publicly address the issue of “the business of millennial culture” and “the objectification of women in media,” according to the Commonwealth website.
As of now, tickets for the event taking place on June 30th are going on sale from $40 for general admission to $300 for the complete VIP Party Package. The whole event, which is sponsored by Glu Mobile Inc., is being described only as a “book signing” by Kim’s publicist. However, there could be a lot more substantial things coming out of this than just that.
Being that Kim is one of the most famous women who openly puts herself out there in the media, this should be rather interesting to see what she has to say in regards to the objectification of women we see daily in the media.
