Today, July 1, Rick Ross gets his day in court.

Last week, Rick Ross was arrested in his Georgia home, following a complaint from his groundskeeper, Jonathan Zumidio. Ross is accused of kidnapping as well as aggravated assault and aggravated battery for the alleged pistol-whipping of Zumidio.

Rick Ross had his day in Fayette County court this morning, after previously being denied bail for Kidnapping and pistol whipping his groundskeeper in early June. Rick Ross attorney asked that bond be set for $2 Million, and his request was granted to him.

Although it is great news that Rick Ross has Made the $2 million bail, it does come with very strict rules and regulations. If Rick Ross violates probation, he will be forced to forfeit the $5 Million dollar mansion that he bought from Evander Holyfield.

This kidnapping situation that left Rick Ross behind bars for the second time this month occurred allegedly prior to Rick Ross’ marijuana arrest on June 10th. According to law enforcement sources, Rick Ross and his bodyguard assaulted two workers after they threw a party at Rick Ross’ home without his knowledge. Rick Ross was charged with aggravated assault, aggravated battery and Kidnapping.

One Of the victims claimed he sustained injuries to his jaw and neck , chipped two teeth and that the injuries were so bad he’s been forced to eat from a straw.
