Poor Kylie! The 18-year-old reality TV star has a looney obsessed fan who will not leave her alone, and it is starting to get SUPER creepy.

The man showed up at her property at least 10+ times and believes they are “soulmates.” He was caught once again after he escaped a psych ward in Los Angeles and has been placed on a 72-hour hold. However, he is a free man after the hold is up.

LAPD said they will be watching him way more closely, but for now he won’t be getting locked up and shipped away any time soon unless he does something else outlandish.
