Chris Brown has been at bat to not lose seeing his daughter, Royalty, by the hands of his baby’s mother Nia Guzman. She’s tried to literally take away everything from him and the judge isn’t having it. Chris just came out with a big W and an even bigger L for Nia.

Nia wanted full custody, Chris to have monitored visitation, she wanted to deny Chris’ mom the right to see the kid, and wanted Chris to submit to drug tests. All of which were denied. The judge is leaving as is as joint custody, with Chris having his daughter for 12 days a month and he even ordered baby mom’s to pay Chris back the attorney fees he fronted her.

When Nia filed legal documents asking for a change in custody, the judge ordered Chris to pay her $20,000 so she could afford a lawyer to battle him! Chris gave her the money, she lost miserably, the judge said Nia wasn’t entitled to the money and gave Chris a credit. There was supposed to be another hearing on child support, in which Nia is already getting $2,500 a month for Royalty, where she had started to ask for $16,000 instead. Now she has dismissed her support petition. Congrats Breezy.
