Derrick Rose and Joakim Noah made their return to Chicago last night as members of the Knicks and the reception wasn’t all love. Despite Rose single handedly keeping the franchise relevant when he was there and giving the city all he had, he was still met with some boo’s last night while Noah seemed to receive nothing but love. At the end of the night I doubt Rose cared much after having his best overall game as a Knick and more importantly, getting the win.

Rose got some cheers during his intro with a scatter of boos mixed in.

For a while, the crowd also booed him anytime he touched the ball, which was just stupid on those fans part.

Rose made sure to give them something to remember with this incredible reverse lay up before the half that saw him move so fast that he made Rajon Rondo and Dwyane Wade run into each other.

All five starters for the Knicks scored in double figures making it a total team effort led by Kristaps Porzingis with 27 points and Carmelo Anthony with 25. Rose finished the night with 15 points, 11 assists and 7 rebounds and a huge smile as he walked off the court with Noah.
