Kanye West Takes To Twitter To Clear Up A MAJOR Rumor

Kanye West rarely uses his Twitter, and it’s even more rare he cares to clear up any misconceptions or rumors about him. However, one that hit over the weekend seemed to really get to him, so he had to get a few things off of his chest. “The Daily Currant,” a satire site similar to The Onion, ran a fake article on Friday that quoted Kanye comparing himself to the late, great Nelson Mandela, equipped with gems allegedly from Yeezy like, “Mandela was working in South Africa, which has, like what, six people? I started my magic here in the USA and then I took my business global.” Naturally, this didn’t sit well with the world, as a majority didn’t realize that these quotes weren’t real. Earlier this afternoon, Kanye took to his Twitter to assure everyone that he never said that, and has nothing but respect for Mandela. Check out what he wrote in the gallery.
