According to HDD, ranking in the top 5 this year for first week sales, were J. Cole, The Weeknd, Beyonce, Drake, and Frank Ocean. The only “rappers” there would be Cole and Drizzy…you might be wondering where Kanye is with his TLOP album. If you remember, initially it was a Tidal exclusive for it’s first two months of release and didn’t chart anywhere for that time period. But if it did, that list would be way different.
