Violent Ex-Felon Is Still On The Run After Escaping Psychiatric Hospital
Anthony Garver is still on the run after escaping from a psychiatric hospital. Back in 2013 Garver tied a 20-year-old woman to a bed with electrical wires and stabbed her 24 times in her chest and then slit her throat. The judge placed him in a mental facility after finding out that he was too mentally unstable to undergo a trial. He was considered a threat to himself and others.
