Divorces can get SO ugly.  It makes me want to never get married – such a waste of energy.  Yesterday it was revealed that Steve Nash does not plan on retiring yet thanks to court documents from this divorce battle.   Now were learning that Steve may have the upper hand in this mess because of a reported 3rd party email.  The digital world can get you!  Report after the jump…
