This place is HUGE and breathtaking and while $3.499 million is still a lot…that pales in comparison to what a home like that would cost in many other places, especially out here in NY/NJ. The 5 bedroom, 5 bath house was purchased by Bey in 2004 and the title was then transferred to her mom.The crib boasts a carved stone fireplace, multilevel formal living and dining room, and a 50 foot wall of floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the backyard pool. MTV is set to kick off its 26th season of The Real World…the OG of reality TV shows…and the 7 “strangers” will be living in luxury! This season is in San Diego (recycling places now I guess!) and will rock out in a 5 bedroom, 6 bath, 8,600 square foot mansion with a pool, tennis court, and some pretty breathtaking ocean views. Swag. The pics after the jump are the way the house was before MTV Real World’d it out.
