Victoria’s Secret creative director, Sophia Neophitou-Apostolou, has revealed the ‘terrifying’ casting process models must go through to secure a spot in the lingerie giant’s annual runway show. The Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show happens every year, but it doesn’t get any easier to choose who will walk the runway – the final decision is made by the whole team sitting at a long table ‘in a room with harsh lighting.’ Mrs. Neophitou-Apostolou even adds, ‘It’s really like being an Olympian – they have to be in peak condition.’ ‘It’s not about being thin or anything like that – it’s about being ready to perform and be the best you can be’ Crazy!
