The KTM 350 EXC-F Factory is works-rider-only racer that will be used to develop the Austrian bike maker’s next-generation enduro models. Like the KTM 350 SX-F that just won the MX1 world title, the new 350 is claimed to make the power of a 450 and weigh only as much as a 250.

Fuel injection and a dohc, four-valve cylinder head allows the EXC-F to rev sufficiently to match 450cc power. The engine is housed in a new tubular-frame chassis that uses KTM’s typical no-link rear suspension rather than the link-type setup of the 350 SX-F. KTM says a production version of this EXC-F won’t be available until this particular example has been thoroughly tested in enduro competition around the world.
