Jenn Sterger’s public relations manager, Phil Reese, appeared on the “Dan Patrick Show” and said they would not pursue any legal action as long as the NFL suspends Minnesota Vikings quarterback Brett Favre and puts him in a program.

“If the commissioner suspends Favre and puts a program in place to prevent it from happening again … 100 percent, Jenn would not pursue any litigation against Favre, against the Jets, against the NFL,” Reese said. “Nothing. All she wants to do is clear her name.”

Sterger accused Favre of sending racy voicemails and pictures of his penis when she worked for the New York Jets in 2008.

Reese said he is frustrated because the NFL hasn’t made an official ruling yet.

“I don’t know what’s taking so long here,” Reese said. “We have done everything to assist the investigation. We have gone above and beyond. We’ve been told the league is going to do the right thing.”

Favre admitted to sending voicemails, but denied sending the former TV host inappropriate photos.

Reese said on Monday that Sterger is considering going public with evidence if the NFL does not punish Favre.
