Texas Rangers president Nolan Ryan predicts 90 to 95 wins for his 2011 ballclub.

Ryan shared his thoughts, including his prediction, on the team with a large group of fans at the Rangers’ Fan Fest on Saturday at Arlington Convention Center.

“I think we’re a better ballclub now than we were this time last year,” Ryan told ESPNDallas.com after talking with fans in a Q&A session. “We have more experience and a better overall club with the additions we’ve made this offseason and the young pitchers we have coming back.”

Last year, Ryan predicted the Rangers would win 92 games, coming to that conclusion in the middle of spring training. This year he’s given the club more of a window, but believes its win total can be higher than the 90 it put up in 2010.
