Danica Patrick will drive full-time in NASCAR next season, but the announcement of her plans will be made Thursday, one day later than expected, sources told SceneDaily.com.
Patrick is expected to announce that she’ll compete full-time in the Nationwide Series for JR Motorsports in 2012 in Phoenix, where GoDaddy.com is located. It’s also possible that she could announce her part-time Sprint Cup Series schedule with Stewart-Haas Racing at the same news conference.
The 29-year-old Patrick, who had a career-best fourth-place Nationwide finish at Las Vegas earlier this year, has three top-10 finishes in seven Nationwide starts this season.
