Recorded back in October, a new video of Casey Anthony has surfaced that she was apparently using to document her days on house arrest. She’s sporting a short new ‘do and is extremely excited about having a phone, a computer and a camera to call her own. She also shares that she just adopted a talk. Lots of long pauses and it’s overall just kind of strange. Watch it for yourself below.
