Damn, Katy Perry’s house is SO dope! It makes us wonder, why can’t she sell the house!? She’s had this house since she was married to Russell Brand and it is under her name but she’s having major problems finding a buyer. She’s even selling the house for WAY less than purchase price. She wanted $8 mil, but will take 7, even high $6. I guess she really does want to get rid of the house! Weird thing is, the market is actually hot right now. But cold for Katy, apparently.
