Miley Cyrus has done a sh*tload of questionable stuff over the past year and we can never quite understand where her head is at. In the latest “crazy stuff that Miley does” saga, the “Wrecking Ball” singer debuted her rainbow braids as she walked around the streets of New York City. Yeah, we’re not sure either.. LOL.
