She has been MIA for quite some time after her various melt-downs throughout the past two years. She made her come-back while leaving Craig’s in West Hollywood on Monday night sporting a SUPER sexy dress with her goodies on display (yes, we are referring to Amanda Bynes’ boobs as “goodies”).
