32-year-old Clarence Seeley was taken into police custody for aggravated assault, according to Denver police. Witnesses say they spotted Seeley grab a PVC pipe off the back of a construction truck and began physically assaulting people around him.

The incident was reported at 6:07 p.m. by a witness. Police officers were on the scene within minutes and arrived to find Seeley with a pipe in his hand. Officers said that Seeley dropped the pipe when asked and was arrested without incident.
