Kodak Black is expected to be released from jail on November 30. He was sentenced to 120 days after pleading no contest to a misdemeanor charge of possession of 20 grams or less of marijuana and also a misdemeanor charge of use or possession of marijuana paraphernalia.
Due to credit that he already has, Kodak will probably not do the whole four months. His license will be suspended for a year and he will have to pay court costs of $298. Just last month, Kodak was accused of sexual battery in a South Carolina hotel room. As of now, it is unclear as to whether or not Kodak will be transported to South Carolina to face the charges.
