NBA: Bynum Continues to Disrespect Mike Brown, Says He Doesn’t Take Part in Huddles He’s Resting

Andrew Bynum took a ridiculous three-point attempt that caused him to be benched by coach Mike Brown for majority of the second half during a game against the Warriors.
