Back in 2010, Billy Ray Cyrus filed papers for a divorce from his wife, Tish Cyrus however, a few short months later he changed his mind stating, “I want to put my family back together.” This time it’s Tish’s turn, since she has now filed for a divorce. The two share a statement: “This is a personal matter and we are working to find a resolution that is in the best interest of our family. Miley Cyrus’ mom Tish Cyrus is going to leave Billy Ray with another achy breaky heart…because she just officially filed for divorce. Often times it’s stress that could break a couple up, so could it be Miley’s crazy behavior as of late? The couple actually were headed for divorce 3 years ago, and that time it was Billy who pulled the plug…blaming Miley’s fame for “compromising” the family.
