Milwaukee recently reacted to another black man being killed by police. The man killed was Sylville Smith. Smith’s brother has now taken to the media to show his conceal carry permit. In the video we can see the distraught brother stating that he feels police are setting us up. He says they allow people to carry guns just like them to kill them for having one.
