Hot 97’s Ebro spoke on seeing Drake and Rihanna at the OVO Fest. He says Drake spoke on Joe Budden not putting out the DM’s between them. He tells us that Drake says he told Budden to get better during his tough time alluding to an alleged drug problem which is why the DM’s never got put out.
