I am NOT bashing Kim, she is human like the rest of us! She works hard and her immune system suffers like all of ours after working day after day with no days off.  She reveals a sore upper lip while traveling and it’s hard to hide.  She still looks fly though, I respect that she came out carefree and not even trying to avoid the cameras.  I feel like this is one of the few times she has embraced her flaws, go KIM.  Hit the jump Steph B
